NO guarantees it will go up, but if it breaks above the 50 week moving average(which will be tough to do) on above average volume there will almost certainly be some sort of short term upside move. I've just seen it happen so many times that when a stock sets up in a technical manner as PEIX is doing right now good things can happen.
