I have my guesses, but I'd really like to hear yours after doing some more DD.
Start with the IBOX above, company website and tweet history. Then google the patents and check the OTC website (they are not SEC reporting.....yet). Lots to read.

Keep your eyes glued on the MoFo til at least the end of the month,IMO.
