Smooth, overall the PC market is still growing. People still need PCs to do work, play games, and serve as the hub for all of their digital devices.

When it comes to INTC, Goldman Sachs is in permabear mode. That target price of $16 is quite a negative outlook. Any more negative and they might as well call it HP.
