For sale of building - 164M of the proceeds are expected to be reflected in the company's first quarter 2013 financial statements when reported on Apr. 18, 2013.

But then another site says, 50M will be charged to AMD as a loss for the property...so 164M - 50M = 114M extra profit for Q1?

Can someone clarify this for me?
