Nice find! Thank you for sharing! I do not think it would be STWA standing up against Halliburton. That would be a silly, stupid move on HAL's part. All STWA would need to do is say "Ok. You refuse our demands & we'll put the AOT up for sale to the highest bidder" then HAL would be screwed.

I ask, do you think any business can compete against other businesses when the other businesses have at least 70%+ less operating expenses? I'll answer that for you. OH HELL NO! Not a snowball chance in Hell.

The AOT in STWA's hands is a powerful vehicle to make money with but in the hands of Halliburton or this likes, it's the "Spear of Destiny". HAL would be invincible by controlling the flow of oil throughout the entire world.

No company could compete without the AOT so in essence HAL would have control the richest sector in the world with these super rich company's balls in HAL's hands. Keeping that in mind, do you think there would be a discussion? I don't. I think HAL might even give Cecil a blank check with instructions to fill in whatever he thinks is fair. J/K but you get my point.

The way the cards have fallen it's a rare business transaction where everyone comes out a super big win-win-win. The 200M OS of STWA is a complete joke to HAL. Seriously. I doubt there could be a reasonable offer STWA could come up with that could make HAL even say they need to think about it.

The worst case for us would be a 1-1 where everyone makes out rich beyond their wildest dreams with a huge dividend payment every quarter. HAL goes on to control world oil & the pps skyrockets 100 fold which only sweetens our deal.

Then take into consideration it's likely that after the hit piece in seeking alpha, Cecil realized the last 50 yards of this marathon is filled with land mines, snipers and ambushes so for us to break the ribbon it will take a lot of luck because of the dangers, whereas HAL can just run right over any danger with no worries.
