***reply -- again, cannot speculate on future activities. please refrain from asking these types of questions, which legally i cannot answer. it is a waste of both of our times. the BFHJ special situation is not intended to be a "ping pong ball" for chatrooms or for people to "game" the system to suss out what might happen in hypothetical events based on non-public information. always am open to discussing factual questions pertaining to news releases and published financial information; but please don't force me to close this avenue of communications betrween us because of persistent requests for information that i cannot divulge...or maybe even doesn't exist.***

Thanks, there has been alot of chatter of a reverse split that might occur with Beneficial. Does the current share structure need to be adjusted (reverse split) to accommodate the company moving forward on a more solid footing. I sure hope this does not occur as reverse splits never do shareholders any good. I am hoping Mr. Senkevitch can stick to his words from April 19, 2012 PR:

"As to the status of the stock, BFHJ will be undertaking a careful review of values. Historically, a decrease in the number of shares has sometimes resulted in a loss of shareholder value. It is assumed that, if a decrease in the number of shares would be detrimental, to the value and benefit to shareholders, new management will not allow such action to be taken"
