maybe interstate is selling their shares

maybe their agreement is over? it will stop. who ever is dumping is at least not doing it all together.

wait it out but you need iron clad steel balls for that.

i got a feeling who ever is selling once done and complete, there will flow of info/PR from mitch to get it rolling upwards again.
