How many times have you ever seen an Ex Date that was FIFTEEN months AFTER a Record Date ?? Therein lies a HUGE problem for Mr.Stead. Will there be repercussions ?? Let us wait and see. And of course in addition the S-1 SHOULD HAVE HAD A CAVEAT about the necessity to HOLD your KATX until an Ex Date was established. AND IT DID NOT !!!!!!! Some people can legitimately holler FRAUD and contact the S E C. Maybe they already have. So much for a caring C E O !! And we are now seeing this whole sordid scenario reflecting on the share price of both these 2 rotten Companies.
