It doesn't seem to be able to not recover back to 15/16 levels when it dips.. I'd like to know though: IF the promoters supposedly already sold their shares, what's their motivation to run this up over the next few days/weeks? I know promoters suffer when they don't perform.. right? Their minions lose confidence for awhile, then, yeah?

Also- the dip was on TINY volume, how did it downtick like that on such small volume?
