Quarterly Report.

Now that EPGL is 'current,' are they required to release a quarterly report here after March?

I'm interested to see the balance sheet and the potential sale numbers of the MPDD. However, I'm not sure if the sales will count on this quarter's report if they are merely pre-sales and no money has exchanged hands.
