They are not required to file its a pink sheet. Maybe they got hurt like alot of other companies did during the recession. SEC is the bad guy they suspending low volume companies left and right for not filing meanwhile pos like ARNH who dilute RS then dilute again and hurt alot more people are allowed to trade because they do file. Basically they are saying if you file its ok to dump all over your shareholders. rinse and repeat. At least companies like this dont dump millions of shares. Not to mention the SEC trying to protect people that arent really interested in a stock like this anyway and screwing the existing shareholders.
