The SEC is so full of it. Someone needs to revamp that whole division imo. Suspending and revoking low volume shells are the least of the problem.

The Securities and Exchange Commission (“Commission”) deems it necessary
and appropriate for the protection of investors to accept the Offer of Settlement submitted
by Geocom Resources, Inc.

Protection of investors? All they do is screw the investors that were all ready in and who all ready spent money.

2. GOCM has failed to comply with Exchange Act Section 13(a) and
Rules 13a-1 and 13a-13 thereunder because it has not filed any periodic reports
with the Commission since the period ended March 30, 2009.

So they have been suspending and revoking companies for not filing even though by the defintion of pinksheets they are not required to file.

Definition of 'Pink Sheets'
A daily publication compiled by the National Quotation Bureau with bid and ask prices of over-the-counter (OTC) stocks, including the market makers who trade them. Unlike companies on a stock exchange, companies quoted on the pink sheets system do not need to meet minimum requirements or file with the SEC.
