A little more to my story about my friend.
He said while he is sure that most everyone should be pleased with last years financials... its next years we should chipper about. More so, that we know about this stock at this price... so that we can own stock from this price range next year at this time.

He said his DD vs. what management has said publicly means we will likely see little for cash on hand.
Revenue should be great, but the cash they are freeing up by eliminating debt is being consumed by expansion. Which likely wont turn much a profit instantly.
He said, 6 months from now, we will see a start to a different looking company, with possibly another new office in a new market and their expansion should settle down while the new markets develop.
Spain is likely as apparently they already have an office there, but they aren't staffing it.
He even joked about being a millionaire this time next year. at least I think he was joking :P
He attributed managements actions (or inaction) to the financial condition of europe. Not so much that the Nordic region is hurting, but because of europe as a whole, corporate spending has been at a near stand still for the preceding years. As conditions improve, corporate spending should follow suit.

This is all in my opinion...
well, my friends opinion... I just mentioned the stock to him and I didnt do any DD myself besides reading UCPworld.com (thank NBI)
But if he is half right, Im a happy man.

I could really care less if it sails like he says it will, I'm still excited to see a penny.
