O K it looks like the smoke is slowly starting to clear now. But not 100 % yet. We're due here now to start hearing complaints coming in from Members who feel they were mislead by the S-1 which should have advised everyone what this special situation was all about and how to deal with it individually. Instead of just saying YOU WILL get the bonus if you own on the Record Date all by itself, IT SHOULD HAVE added that you must hold the shares until the Ex Date. It didn't warn anyone. And of course the matter of the 2 classes of KATX in the float. I do think that the myth about those Air Shares has now been buried. It was all B S. If they did exist you would be hearing by now that some people held shares on the record date and did not get the BVIG bonus.
