I'm seeing a past history of reverse splits, and numerous company name changes for starters. Haven't bothered to read the financials yet, but at least a few have been filed.
Saw the BS attorney letter, along with the OTC filings. Last SEC filing was SEP 2011.
I see the acquisition, but I don't see how it's being done and what the benefit to FRTD is. 'How' are they acquiring it?
