Has anyone read the article that states benny powell gave his cntrolling stock to do a "reverse" merger with castmor resources ltd canada in 2012. Castmor was some kind of mlning/mineral exploration in canada. The way i read it castmor then became red giant. Spoke to friend who was a broker at one time. He wasnt famiiar with reverse mergers. Article was in market wire--2012/summer.
