Hey magicmk, at the moment there is nothing to talk about.
Lawsuit is clear, if you are not invested you can speculate on payment after decision from court. So you can double your money.

Now the company know better than before that they can get orders or one order and break-even for the first time easily.

There are still no big contracts, but if you bet on the SNIC and Itron will send out a pr that they can secure any meter (perhaps in winter) then you can earn a few bucks.

You better do not try to persuade a friend to invest. Anyway it will be bloody in the end...
