There's no question in my mind GERS has found new financing. It will be announced shortly. The extension in December was taken to allow time for the new financing to be finalized.

"We are currently in discussions to refinance the balance due to YA Global. If necessary, we plan to enter into agreements for a short-term extension of the associated maturity date pending completion of any such transaction."
