What do you mean they have no cash? But.. But... but they own a MASSIVE oil well! How can they not have any cash? They have a commitment letter though... doesn't that mean they got the money? The PR says they're going to drill in Q2/Q3, they must have a platform built and ready for installation, right? I feel sooooo mislead! How can this beeeeeee? Based on Volk's past history I find this impossible to believe! I've just been blindsided from out of no where! Were there any signs at all leading up to this?
