Can you track those shares 'parked' offshore?

Why would the red blooded american oilman CB have over $1,700,000 in shares in the Turks? Where did those shares come from? I did not see an S-8 / Form 4 / Form 3 filed for those certs, did you?

Are they restricted? Have you seen a 144 filed?

And all the while there are defaulted loans, back taxes (subject to tax leins), and the like.

Sure does not smell very good to me.
