Although we know nothing for sure I think the most likely scenario is that SIAF has had to sell more shares to cover new bills. After all the listing in Stockhold seems to have been delayed by about two months. SIAF is investing heavily and new bills come due. The bad aspect of this is that the shares are sold into an unwilling market. Those who are already shareholders on the whole have the shares they want.

What should be remembered is that only a small percentage of those Swedes who invest in shares invest in shares that are not listed in Sweden. Somebody suggested that the percentage was 5. Thus there may be thousand and thousands of potential buyers of stock once SIAF is listed in Sweden. 20 times (remember 5 %) 2,000 current shareholders would be 40,000 potential new shareholders.
