PNGM labeled "Caveat Emptor" by OTC Markets. Clearly this stock has been flagged.

Richard Donaldson, CEO should be very concerned about the activities he is engaged in. I am sure OTC Markets has already alerted FINRA. And if FINRA finds something, I am sure they will alert the SEC. If the SEC finds something, I am sure they will contact the FBI and IRS.

Pinksheet companies cannot help themselves, they just have to scam.
