I agree that this does seem to have gone step by step by step. I don't think that they are doing anything on a knee jerk, or they are reacting to pressure. I give them more credit than that. However they go about getting to the next level is well thought out and going as planned. (99%) Everyone has to be ready to adjust.
At this point I believe they are going to wait out the passing of the moratorium, put as many shares up for sale as the NEED and release the BIG NEWS. (or vise versa)
With them and us hold the same shares, common, however it plays out we will all benefit. Sit back, don't sweat the details and enjoy the ride. GLTA! GDGI$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
