You recently asked me if it was my "gut feeling" that Ben would use a tout service this time around. Actually I don't have any gut feeling about it. It does remain a strong possibility, if not an outright probability. The reason I say this is because my E-mail history shows that I received 4 or 5 previous alerts on GDGI during the years 2011 and 2012, from different penny stock tout sevices that I am registered with.

As to exactly WHEN Ben would employ a tout service may be a matter of timing based on funds being a available to usen one.
The tout services charge 10s of thousands of dollars to tout a stock, so Ben may have to wait till after news comes out, and they can sell some shares or get paid in advance for a good-sized deal to make it financially feasible to do so.

In any case, when a tout service IS finally used, GDGI will be propelled even higher than it gets as a result of Big News.
This is why I said in an earlier post that it would not be far fetched to see a price of 30+ cents this year (IMO).
