Nothing seems to work. Most stocks fly on pending news. Can't say more eyes are on it. Interest means volume. This trades like it always has, no matter what is said or done. I think if the contract is finalized tomorrow, we'll see two days of volume and back to $2k a day. I sure don't understand it. Paid promotion is the next step.
