Remember the OBVIOUS. You cannot average down without buying more.

Buying more means that you have MORE MONEY in CDEX stock than before you decided to average down. With all the choices out there you could be able to find one with more potential to go up than has CDEX.

Just because CDEX shares were once much higher than now does not mean that they are going to return to that lofty level. Or even near it. The odds are against it.
