Ray while I totally respect your tremendous efforts I want to wait before making any moves. I don't know how this happened or even what happened today. I still believe that nothing is final until Lane gives a written decision. I don't think he will do that before the appeal is ruled on because he will just look stupid if is Written Opinion is overturned.
If this thing is still under appeal I don't know how they can proceed with their POR. Also how can they issue new stock without approval from the SEC? They filed for issuing new stock, then pulled that filing. The SEC site does not show any new filing for that new stock.
All this makes me thing that something sinister is afoot, like trying to get us to go away. Maybe I'll find out better next week when one of my above concerns happens but for now I don't know if what happened today is final.
This is the opinion of someone who is NOT a expert, just someone without enough answers. Like who was doing all the buying today?
