How high will she fly? Working backwards if we assume a great ending to this story we can easily get to a $500 Million settlement from ATVI with many more settlements to follow giving a stock price of somewhere north of $5 PPS. This assumes a Victory at trial which before that can happen a trail needs to be granted first. Looking at the facts we have now hard to see a trial not granted in this case. Once trial is granted my guess is we are north of $2.50. There simply is no way we don't get to the $1-$1.25 area by Markman date of 6-27-13. To much potential to stay around .40¢ for much longer. Get in now or get in at a much higher level in the coming weeks.
