Trade Ideas just added a powerful new customization feature.

Currently you can click on a stock symbol from one of our alert windows, and you'll be sent to a Yahoo intraday chart.

Now you can choose whatever stock site you wish to see the stock linked to. Its powerful and simple to do.

http://www.trade-ideas.com/LinkDestination.html

Here is an excerpt from the Help section:

Link Destination
The link destination allows the user to select what happens when he clicks on a stock symbol. The user can select from a list of standard links, or can create a new link.

To create a new link, start by displaying a page that you like in a browser window. For example, the "http://www.stockcharts.com" for the address. Select "Point and Figure" from the drop down list. Enter "DELL" for the stock symbol. If you are not happy with this graph, look at all of the options on this web page, and continue to update the settings you like it.

To duplicate this graph, look at the URL in your browser window. For the example above, this would be "http://stockcharts.com/def/servlet/SC.pnf?c=DELL,P". On the Trade-Ideas "Select Link Destination" page select the "Custom" radio button. Copy everything before the word "DELL", in this example "http://stockcharts.com/def/servlet/SC.pnf?c=", and paste it into the first text field, right before the word "symbol". Copy everything after the word "DELL", in this example ",P", and paste it into the second text field, right after the word "symbol". Hit the "Accept Changes" button. Every time you click on a stock symbol on the Trade-Ideas website you bring up a chart like the one you started with.
