I think it's a little premature to make a favorable or unfavorable conclusion without seeing the contract to make an unbiased determination one way or the other. I agree TECO has not done anything to impress its investors and the only way pps will increase is with oil production. New World Oil recently claimed 93 million barrel find in Belize (Blue Creek Project) then they determined it to be non-commercial. So, TECO is not the only company to believe there is oil and mistakenly make a oil find claim.

New World Oil & Gas (LON:NEW) chief executive Bill Kelleher remains confident that the company will discover oil within its Belize acreage.

The shares plummeted last week as the Blue Creek 2 well was determined to be non-commercial.
