Explain how vaporizers machines are even sold in the US or why any dispensery is even allowed to open its doors selling marijuana.

Bottom line is this, when the dispenseries first opened the big bad gov wanted to make sure that we all knew that they were still in charge so they shut some down and do on occassion to reinforce that they are still in charge. What they realized is how much tax money they are collecting on anything having to do with medical marijuana so they really could care less. Whether it falls under RFMK breaking a law or not, the gov sees the potential taxes that it will be collecting and they are not going to bother them at this point. It is a wast of time and money. It will never happen.
