PP! WOW!!! That's really "KOOL!" Troutdale, being a big fisherman. Thought that would be a GREAT address. But that's until I found out about the ICE storms they can have there! WHOAAA! NO thanks! About 3 years ago, I-84 there, was closed for 4 days! Over 200 18 wheelers parked there too.

I'm about 45 miles SE of Portland, in the Mt. Hood Nt. Forest. Mt. Hood is about 60 miles from me. But I'm over enough foothills to be out of its weather system. I'm along, up the Clackamas River, Hwy #224 out of Oregon City. In what's said to be, the Banana belt. On 9 acres with 75 to 120 foot trees. Doug Fir, Western Red Cedar and Alder. All secondary growth. The area was logged in the late 1800.
Got a year around creek too!
