As a non-accelerated filer, the Company is required to submit to the SEC its annual report within 90 days of the close of its fiscal year end and within 45 days for quarterly reports. With a fiscal year end of December 31, shareholders should expect the Company to report its results as follows:
First quarter- (January 1st - March 31st) results in mid-May
Second quarter (April 1 - June 30) results in mid-August
Third quarter (July 1 - September 30) results in mid-November
Fourth quarter/Annual Report (October 1 - December 31) results in mid-March.
