The L2 indicates there are 3 MM's, with NITE being one of them.
Currently there are 165 million available for sale at .0002 and
less than 78 million available for purchase at .0001.

The L2 for the past few weeks and since the reinstatement on 2/11/2013 evidences the MM's adding additional .0002 shares for sale to keep pace with and even exceed .0002 purchases.

This results in moving up to the .0003's very difficult.
