David M. Daniels serves as our President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of our Board of Directors. Mr. Daniels has over 20 years of management experience working in various capacities with public and private companies, and during the past 10 years, has provided financing and management consulting services to several public and private companies in the manufacturing, technology and services industries. During his career, Mr. Daniels has assisted a wide range of public and private companies in their funding efforts, and served as a member of the board of directors for five of them. Mr. Daniels is a graduate of the Georgia Military Academy and the University of Houston, where he received a B.A. in Finance.
