This looks like a good stock. That have significant rev however when a CEO says he has to borrow funds for rapid expansion.. watch out. He could be off in his estimations need to RS push more dilution... etc..

Here is some factual and verifiable information to help you form an opinion of this stock and company.

The CEO took over this company in April 2009 with 5.4 Billion shares. At that point in time he upped the A/S to 7 billion in order to allow for growth/expansion/etc.

He continued to exceed ever-higher "caps" on the share structure until he had driven it down to .0001 and no bid in mid 2010. Along the way he managed to give over a billion shares to his long time business partner and convicted penny stock scammer pal, Jared Hochstedler, for a personal debt and use practically the total amount of money he raised from share sales in 2010 to buy and operate a NASCAR truck racing team.

When the stock reverse split 1:1000 in October 2010, the resulting number of shares sat at about 12.3 million. Since then, the share structure has been blown up to about 2.3 billion once again, yet the CEO is still telling people he will sell more shares if needed to fund rapid expansion.

He has claimed to be in the black from day one, the product (which BBDA does not own the trademarks of - the CEO owns them in a private LLC) is selling in Walmart and he's claimed to have a $4 million line of credit, yet he's still talking about selling shares.

Make up your own mind about what's going on. 5.4 billion shares to the equivalent of 2.3 trillion shares in about 3 years and the CEO says there are reasons to sell more.

And before someone tries to say the past doesn't matter - the bloated share structure today is the result of what happened in the past. And the same guy is still in charge. And still telling people he'll need to sell shares while offering nothing verifiable to shareholders regarding their "investment."
