Otherwise, please provide the algebra that supports your claims that Spencer has not done a correct issued shares analysis or portrayal. Then we can determine if that algebraic portrayal is correct in our independent perspectives. Unless the algebraic manipulations are revealed, there is simply no way one can determine the whether those algebraic manipulations are correct or not. Otherwise, failing that proof, I continue to believe that Spencer, as a degreed mathematician with an MBA, understands decision science very, VERY well.
