Ranger im preety sure the banks will try and avoid a settlement. But they will have to settle if this goes to the trial by jury since all the documents in regards to this case will have to be made public.

Visa and Mastercard do not want this to happen.

I honestly think they will be a settlement and deal made with the Credit card companies/banks.

Patience is a virtue and with smartmetric we must be patient to reap the rewards.

They will come and they will be big fucking rewards due to our patience
