I have a few answers. First, never put all your eggs in one basket. Two, you strengthen your negotiation position by being active in building your company while negotiating. We would be in a weakened position if we weren't moving forward with uplisting and all the associated activities with building a company. It would be foolish to stop all such activities hoping someone might buy us.
