There has to be a reason for the pps to go higher before it can go higher

Anything would help- this reacts so well to news, you know, news about pendragon over there I bet would help, a PR about progress in the vm litigation or more details about vent would do it, anything

Until SOMETHING causes buyers I don't understand why it'd go up
