Oilman, there may be 710 mil shares outstanding but remember 350 mil belong to offer and probably another 100 mill to major share holders. that leaves 250 or less shares to be traded on a daily basis. The major share holders have to file their intent to sell. That makes quite a difference when you look at the avg trades daily.
