reverse mergers usually go the other way.. Airtona was the private company.. and a normal RM would have Airtona buying CCRY... this went backwards.. and the only difference i can discern between these 2 methods would be... IMMEDIATE SHARE VALUE once the paperwork is done without having to get rid of any shares...
The 2 execs that own 80%+(common shares) can essentially lock the float on their own.. I think a good majority of this buying has been Airtona buying back the 300M shares they paid to get the shell and the other company..
this is getting extremely interesting... gonna get crazy fast!
