I guess I should go somewhere and not violate the 3-5 rule. cause that's what i did. Even tho I have a margin account with etrade they still have me restricted to cash only. I can still sell if I want but they keep telling me if I make a round trip it will "restrict my account further". I can't even get them to elaborate on how my acct would get restricted further. That's all they keep saying. So I have the ability to sell but if in the same day it will "restrict my acct further"
