The biggest institutional holder sold out & then bought back into the secondary a few qtrs later so I wonder if he describes Deerfield as a Mom & Pop also. I'd also like to know if Deerfield was told that ATRS planned to raise money in the near future & thats why they sold knowing they could buy their shares back cheaper in the future. Can he notify me in advance next time?

Howarth's a jerk. Management is always looking for excuses. His job is to find new institutional support when the stock is oversold.
