As usual, pricks with tons of attorneys can write things in such a way that those of us without billions cannot understand them.

My questions are:

1. How do we vote to turn down this nonsense?
2. What, if anything, is the SEC doing to stop this bull$hit.
3. I do not see that this limits class action capabilities against the BOD. It does, however, limit Iriquious and Hudson Bay's claims against the directors.

Any insight from someone would be very, very helpful. Momspot is a friggin' joke compared to the web crawling technology that went poof in the night.
