After CBIS provides in vitro results, someone need in vivo.
After CBIS provide in vivo results, someone need human clinical trail.
If there are human clinical results done before, it is not necessary to do it again.
CBIS will apply for the permit from FDA to perform human clinical trials curing cancer.
