It is all an educated guess about the pilot. Based upon comments at SHM, PR, recent shareholder update, it seems to point to this. "Readied for installation" can mean many things along a continuum in terms of where the AOT is. It could have meant the AOT was being installed on the pipeline in North America or it could have meant it was being packaged for transport from some manufacturing facility.

I remember at the SHM that Cecil made a comment about quality being a big priority with the AOT. That the first commercial application needs to be flawless (my words). From that I extrapolate that STWA is being meticulous in all the details in assuring the AOT is 100% ready. They don't want to have any doubts about the readiness. I interpreted the PR about readied for installation as a statement of absolute confidence.
IMO, within North America as compared to China, this process will be signifcantly shorter. I also believe that once the pilot is successful then the contract will be signed and mass production will begin.
