First of all there is no Board of directors second of all we don't need an audit to figure out whats going on. The stock is bloated beyound repair. That is why you will never see an audit. Frank is being pushed into a corner and like the great leader CEO that he is he is hiding. This will be his last stand either there is a audit or a lawsuit thats it.
Too many peeple have been taken by this sham.
