Wow---i understand CJ and Sandy Berry voting for him and i assume he voted for himself?

For Bourque to be a quality company this cannot be allowed to happen. They have printed 35MM to IronRidge and 5MM to him for 778K when the stock was 13 cents or worth 5.2MM dollars!!!!!!!


I wonder if he paid off some of his own bills with the 778K. Has that ever been produced? This is absurd. And of course it was never disclosed either.

The SEC will get him!!!!!!
