I used to think this was a really good play. But Marc Lovito and GDSM are the least transparent company and CEO I (and am sure many others)have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The slight possibility of a merger keeps me hanging around though. I'm not vested here anymore, but will gladly jump back in and chase this hog to multi-pennies again if it happens. I don't believe Marc ever had any intention of getting into the gold mining business and has been very shady with how this has been run. Good luck to everyone and here's hoping that merger happens and we can be rid of Lovito. I personally will never invest in one of his companies again.
